1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us: name, email address, company name, role, public-work context, and the RFP or project document context you send when you request a breakdown, book a call, or email us. We also collect standard usage analytics through privacy-respecting tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to respond to your inquiries, schedule calls, produce and deliver the breakdown or engagement you requested, and send relevant updates about Apex Frame. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
3. Client Materials & Confidentiality
We treat all client materials (RFP and project documents, project details, firm information) as confidential. We request the minimum information needed for the task and do not maintain a persistent archive of your documents unless you engage an ongoing support tier that requires it. We do not share, publish, or reuse your materials outside the engagement you retained us for. Public teardowns use public solicitations only, never client materials. NDAs are available on request before any materials are exchanged.
4. Document Processing, AI & Retention
We use practical AI to organize information faster, and every deliverable is reviewed by a human before it reaches you. Client documents are processed using commercial AI services under terms that prohibit using customer content to train AI models, and we do not use consumer AI tools for client materials. Files are held only for the duration of the engagement and deleted afterward. AI assists; humans decide. Apex Frame does not make pricing, field, or bid decisions, and no output is a stamped engineering document.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Data transmitted to our services is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to client documents is limited to what is needed to complete your engagement.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy and commercial terms: commercial AI processing (under terms that prohibit training on customer content), scheduling (Calendly), email communication, website hosting (Vercel), and privacy-respecting analytics.
7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
