1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Apex Frame Systems LLC (“Apex Frame,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Apex Frame provides construction document intelligence and project-controls support for small contractors, including document and RFP breakdowns, Document Control Sprints, Pursuit Control Rooms, and ongoing Project Controls Partner engagements. Work centers on interpreting and structuring information. Specific services, deliverables, turnaround times, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements.
3. Human-in-the-Loop & Professional Standards
AI assists; humans decide. Deliverables are produced with AI-assisted tools and reviewed by an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) before handoff, to support, not replace, the professional judgment of the client firm. Clients retain full responsibility for pricing, field decisions, approvals, signatures, and final submission. Apex Frame does not make pricing or bid decisions, and no deliverable is a stamped engineering document.
4. Client Materials, Data Handling & Intellectual Property
Client-provided materials remain the property of the client. We request the minimum information needed for each task and do not keep a persistent archive of your documents unless you engage an ongoing support tier that requires it. Client files are processed using commercial AI services under terms that prohibit training on customer content, and are deleted after the engagement. Upon delivery and full payment, clients receive the work product for that engagement; Apex Frame retains rights to its underlying methodologies, templates, and process frameworks.
5. Scope, Revisions & Outcomes
Scope, revisions, and any correction terms are defined in each engagement agreement before work begins. Outcomes such as contract awards or selections are decided by the soliciting agency; no award or selection outcome is guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Frame Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
